  • Putting all our experiences into F2F –the Sourcing Agency with network of experienced suppliers that includes Designers, Small and Large scale production units that starts from product development and continue till evaluation of packaging for safety and optimal volume of finished product, logistics planning for cost effective and timely delivery of products.
  • We have practical experience of handling authentic Indian Origin products very sensibly and effectively. Be it home textiles, furniture, lighting, decorative, accessories, carpets, towels, metalware, candles and still learning new products every passing day in the field.

OUR SERVICES
SERVICES : Starting with designing of products and development, including factory sourcing, manufacturing control, logistics and more, we offer complete services for our customers.
PRODUCT SOURCING : To source best quality products we always prefer a specialized factory (product wise) We meet and visit factories throughout the year evaliauting factories in India to assess their capabilities and strengths.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & SAMPLING : Our team of Merchandisers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Quality Controllers work closely with factories to ensure products meet the requirements. Product development is done under strict control and supervision of our quality controllers, wherein they review each sample for aesthetics and performance. Key members of the team travel to the major fairs/markets around the world to keep ourselves abreast with the latest development and market trends.
MERCHANDISING : Our dedicated team of merchandisers work closely with the clients to understand their requirements. We have dynamic, skilled and well experienced individuals who live by our core values of trust, transparency and integrity. We believe that our varied team of workforce contributes to our success in being the best at what we do.
QUALITY : we beilve that Quality Control is an independent function where the procedure has been followed to inspect against defined product specifications, components, raw materials and samples.
We have technically qualified and experienced team and constantly conduct in- house training classes to enhance their knowledge by visiting different production facilities.
LOGISTICS : We assist our clients with documentation and consolidating of Container planning in a regular feature and is well coordinated between the merchandising team and shipping teams. Our Shipping team work on a day-to-day basis with Consolidators and Shipping Lines for smooth flow of cargo. Also, Pre & Post shipping advises are sent to clients as may be their requirements.
